Available in 3 connection methods

2.4GHz wireless mode: Plug and play; power saving than Bluetooth; suitable for computers without Bluetooth. (Make sure it is not in wired mode and turn “B” to “G”, and then plug the 2.4G adapter, it will be in wireless mode.)

Bluetooth mode: It can connect 3 devices at the same time, convenient and fast. Turn “G” to “B”, it will be in Bluetooth mode. (“FN+Q/W/E” to connect the Bluetooth device.)

Type-C USB wired mode: The wired connection mode is stable and reliable, so you don’t have to worry about the game being offline without power.

FAQ:

Q: Where can I download the software?

A: You can download the software through link: bit.ly/RKRGBSOFT. And you should install the firmware first to update the keyboard. After that, you can install the software. Our software is safe. If there is a wrong report about the virus, you can add the software into the whitelist of your PC and it will be ok.

Q: Can it work with a PS4, PS5 or Xbox?

A: Both of our keyboards can be compatible with some games of PS4, PS5 and Xbox on wired mode. Our keyboard can’t connect with Xbox one, PS4 and PS5 through Bluetooth mode.

Q: Why can’t I use the software in 2.4Ghz mode?

A: Our software is not compatible with 2.4Ghz mode. Do not open the software when the 2.4G adapter is connected to the computer. On the contrary, if you want to use the software, you must remove the 2.4G adapter firstly.

Q: Why the keyboard becomes disconnected in the Bluetooth mode when using?

A: Please re-update the Bluetooth function of the device and fully charge the keyboard. When the battery is low, the keyboard cannot support the BT function normally, and BT may become unstable or disconnected.
