Hot on the heels of a couple of the most impressive, but super expensive, robo cleaner launches ever – the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra Pro and the Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo – Eufy has unveiled its CES 2024 contender: the Eufy X10 Omni Pro.
And while it doesn’t quite hit the heights of its Chinese rivals’ new top dogs, the latest Eufy flagship robot vacuum does boast a pretty impressive feature list, at a price tag of around half of its competitors.
The suction rating of 8,000Pa is super impressive and there’s also a new AI See obstacle avoidance system on board that can recongnize over 100 different object types. Navigation is mapped in the Eufy app using iPath Laser tech.
Every new robo cleaner needs a gimmick and the X10 Omni Pro is no exception; the Pro-Detangle Comb roller brush extends under the cleaner to get rid of hairs without danger of them getting tangled or stuck.
With regards to mopping the updated Mop Master 2.0 system features dual mops that hit 180rpm and apply pressure at 1kg. These pads are able to lift 12mm so as they don’t get your carpets or rugs wet.
Homebase is the Omni Station which auto empties the dust and dirty water and also dries the mopping pads with 45°C hot air.
The Omni Station can hold up to 7 days’ worth of clean water and we’re told that the dust bug will only need emptying every couple of months.
The Eufy X10 Omni Pro will go on sale from 20 February, priced at $799.99.
