Ultrahuman, known for its health-monitoring smart ring, has unveiled the Ultrahuman Home at CES 2024, marking the Indian brand’s first foray into the home tech sector.
Ultrahuman Home, which looks a bit like a Mac Mini, is a standalone device, designed to keep tabs on your home environment, but can also be used in tandem with the likes of the company’s Ring Air or M1 wearables.
It tracks individual health markers and provides insights into things like PM levels, humidity, temperature, and more, correlated with personal health data to provide scores for spaces in your home.
It measures UV and sunlight levels to highlight the importance of maintaining optimal Vitamin D for healthy sleep patterns and circadian rhythm, and tracks blue light exposure to promote a healthier sleep environmentt.
It actively monitors and notifies users about particulate matter (PM) levels in the air for a safer living environment and long-term respiratory health.
The noise detection tech identifies disturbances during sleep, including insights into sleep apnea and snoring.
Humidity Levels are monitored, in order to allow users to regulate their environment for optimal lung health. Blue Light Exposure:
It also boasts a smoke sensor for added protection against potential respiratory issues and fire hazards.
Ultrahuman Home is set to launch on Kickstarter at the end of January 2024 for USD $349, with shipping starting in July. No subscription is required but that’s still a pretty hefty price tag.
However, if you’re already using an Ultrahuman wearable then the Home hub could provide you additional info for a data-driven approach to home health monitoring.
